10.23.2006 16:13 Milt Lee, SDAbsolutely fascinating, Milt.
ps liked the dialogue under the credits, etc, and the “next up” concept.
Knowing your in California makes me feel like I went into the bathroom in a filling station in South Dakota and when I came out you had driven away and left me here. Two weeks behind isn’t exactly traveling with Amanda and the gang in real time. Why don’t we skip ahead to what your doing now?
great work amanda…
I got left in a filling station bathroom in South Dakota once. The driver was beautiful but insane and I’ve never regretted the journey, or being left behind.
I would think there has to be a lag in order to process all the imagery and to maintain some security. Otherwise who knows what sorts of people might show up and try to insert themselves….
Cool stuff.
I have to differ with Amanda on one point – The Amish are very adaptive. Anyone who has shopped in Amish country can see that they have many luxuries, and like to shop. They just do it all without electricity. Besides, what could be more adaptive than carving out and maintaining a traditional culture in our fast paced society?
BTW Leron – regarding yesterday’s comments. I agree that healthcare has become a polital issue. But I never said in my comments that it should be denied to anyone. Providing healthcare can be an aspect of promoting life and very frankly both political parties have failed in this area.
Real nice visit with Milt Lee, who I’ve never heard of but looks like a good guy. I actually saw this VB yesterday but I didn’t want to comment until I could think of something else to say other than Amanda Rocks! Which you do btw, heh heh, sorry had to write that.
Not sure that video makes a ‘bigger impact’. It’s just another way of telling the story.
What a fund of information about the forgotten people of this country in oyate.com. This was a fine stop and thanks for showing it to us.
