you still own your stuff when you post to youtube
from the youtube terms page:

Amanda’s vlog-trip is probably the best (least evil) sponsorship you could hope for. Their involvement has pretty much zero impact on the user experience, we don’t even see their logos or anything – they’re just putting up a little money and of course the hybrid to make this whole thing happen.

Chuck, regarding your comments yesterday thanks for mentioning the bit of info that hit the cutting room floor. Conspiracy theories can be entertaining in the same way that a good novel is entertaining. But when reality and people’s good intentions get distorted by these “theories” good people get hurt. Not fair.
