Still great that they did it because it brings more attention to the issue.

FDA Considers Redefining Chocolate — NO! As Americans, we already put up with sub-standard chocolate products compared to Europe. Do we really need to cut our chocolate with vegetable oil to make a little more green? I hope not. HANDS OFF THE CHOCOLATE FDA… or I’ll sick Rachel Ray on you.

Our chocolate industry must be betting on consumers’ low standards. However, I’m just hoping any chocolate changes doesn’t inadvertently cause it to become toxic to some of us with food allergies/sensitivities. Bad-chocolate is always better than death-chocolate.

The VT cartoon is interesting Amanda, I don’t like when lives are lost anywhere. Chocolate is good, me likes very much. Haven’t had some in a while, think it’s time to treat myself.
